About the Chamber

The Riverside Chamber of Commerce seeks to organize and direct the collective efforts and interests of the retail, business, and professional communities of Riverside Township in working towards a viable, prosperous business climate; to serve as forum in which business, government, civic, cultural and educational interests can work together to promote its members’ businesses and to attract new businesses to the community.

Arrick Pelton
President

The Chamber President serves as the Chief Executive Officer and presides at all meetings of the Chamber and Board of Directors. The President is also an ex-officio member of all committees and performs all duties incident to this office.

Peter Janunas
First Vice President

The Chamber First Vice President carries out assignments and oversees committee operations as directed by the President. The First Vice President also acts in the absence or disability of the President.

Becky Visser
Second Vice President

The Chamber Second and Third Vice Presidents carry out assignments and oversee committee operations as directed by the President. They also act in sequence for the President in the absence of disability of both the President and First Vice President.

Sarah Pelton
Third Vice President

The Chamber Second and Third Vice Presidents carry out assignments and oversee committee operations as directed by the President. They also act in sequence for the President in the absence of disability of both the President and First Vice President.

Janice Foley
Secretary

The Secretary of the Chamber records and reports minutes of all meetings, conducts official correspondence as directed, maintains official membership records, sends annual notices, and maintains general files and records for the Chamber.

Rich Lukes
Treasurer

The Chamber Treasurer receives and distributes funds as directed and in accordance with the bylaws and provides monthly income and expenses breakdowns at every general business meeting while maintaining a checking account and such other accounts as directed or approved for the benefit of the Chamber. The Treasurer mainins accounts in one or more financial institutions located within Riverside Township and, when possible, are members in good standing of the Chamber.
