About the Chamber

The President serves as the chief executive officer of the Chamber and provides leadership and direction for the organization. The President presides at all meetings of the Chamber, serves as an ex-officio member of all committees, and helps guide the work of the Chamber in support of its mission and members.
The Vice President oversees Membership and works closely with the President to support Chamber initiatives, committee activities, and organizational priorities. In the absence of the President, the Vice President assumes their responsibilities.
The Secretary maintains the official records of the Chamber, including meeting minutes, membership records, and organizational documents. The Secretary also manages official correspondence, distributes required notices, and helps ensure the Chamber’s records and communications are organized and up to date.
The Treasurer oversees the financial management of the Chamber, including receiving and distributing funds in accordance with the bylaws and maintaining the Chamber’s financial accounts. The Treasurer provides regular financial reports at general business meetings and helps ensure the Chamber’s finances are organized, transparent, and properly managed.
